The 2025 Refund Policy outlines the following key points:
Refund Eligibility:
Deadline: Refund requests must be submitted by July 15th:
Amount: A full refund is provided minus:
- $25 National Membership Fee (non-refundable)
$5 processing fee
$2.75 credit card transaction fee if paid via Sports Connect
Important Notes:
- Registration Insurance: If purchased, the refund must be pursued through the insurance company, not AYSO.
- Submission Requirements: Requests must be sent via email to [email protected] and must include:
Player’s name
Parent’s name
Address
Division
Reason for refund
Refunds Will Not Be Granted For:
- Team/coach preferences.
Schedule conflicts
Game Cancellations due to weather
Injuries
Choosing another sport after paying for soccer.
Playing only one of two sessions.
Trying out for another sport without notifying by the deadline.
Moving from AYSO Core to AYSO United after the refund deadline.
Special Case – AYSO United: If switching to United, notify AYSO Core before July 1 to receive a refund (excluding the $25 national fee, which transfers).
Final Clause: AYSO Region 676 reserves the right to approve or deny any refund not explicitly covered above.
